Rod Tyler, Chairman of Nottinghamshire Junior Badminton Association, popped into school today to gift the pupils 20 badminton rackets, a badminton net, and four dozen shuttle cocks.
Mrs Ellis, Headteacher said:
“We are absolutely thrilled with the donation. Inspire Plus initially lent the school some badminton rackets back in January and the children have really engaged with the sport. We have a Sports Apprentice at Bingham who deliveries our PE subject to pupils and he has been teaching the children how to play badminton.”
